How will I know if I am successful in the ballot?
If you are successful in the ballot, you will be notified via text message and email on the date of the draw, being 10 March 2022.
How many times can I enter the ballot?
The ballot is designed to accept only one entry per person.
What if there is no availability for my desired tour?
The availability is constantly being updated, so please check back or call the Tour Operator direct who can help with availability.
What happens to my voucher if I don’t arrive for my tour or cancel on short notice
Your voucher will be forfeited. For most tours there are preparations involved and costs incurred to prepare for your experience and a no shows or late cancellations severely impact on operators.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, however you can only rebook with the same Tour Operator for the same tour as originally booked. Only the date and time can be amended. Please refer to Tour Operator’s own policies around changes and cancellations as in some circumstances change or cancellation fees may be enforced.
If I get a $100 voucher, can I use it on experiences in the $200 voucher category?
Yes. Consumers are welcome to redeem their $100 voucher against tours and experiences in the ‘multi-day’ or $200 voucher category. They will just be required to pay the difference.
If I get a $200 voucher, can I use it on a single-day experience or swap it for a $100 voucher?
No. Unfortunately $200 vouchers can’t be used on single day experiences, and due to the terms and conditions of the Trade Promotion, prizes cannot be swapped over.
