How will I know if I am successful in the ballot?
If you are successful in the ballot, you will be notified via text message and email on the date of the draw, being 15th February 2022.
How many times can I enter the ballot?
The ballot is designed to accept only one entry per person.
What are the voucher values and how can they be used?
Vouchers will be available in the denominations of $50 or $100 and can be used only on participating accommodation providers. $50 is for accommodation providers located in South Australian regions and Adelaide suburbs. $100 is for accommodation providers located in the CBD and North Adelaide (within the postcode of 5000 or 5006).
What if there is no availability for my desired date?
The availability is constantly being updated, so please check back or call the accommodation provider direct who can help with availability.
What happens to my voucher if I am no show?
Your voucher will be forfeited, and the accommodation provider will have lost a potential booking and voucher value. Cancellation fees may apply.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, however you can only rebook with the accommodation provider as originally booked. Only the date, time and room can be amended.
